The Bargaining teams met today in our 6th productive and collaborative negotiations session. The negotiations teams were able to approve a draft proposal on Article 12 (Teaching Hours) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Article 10 (Evaluation Procedures) including evaluation forms. There was discussion on Article 13 (Work Year), but mutually agreed that no changes were necessary at this time. Both teams mutually agreed to a one-time (off schedule) 3% bonus to be paid on the July 31st payroll and agreed to reconvene on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 to continue discussions on Article 7 (Compensation) and Article 8 (Health & Welfare).
