Excelsior Middle School offers a variety of sports throughout the year. Our teams host other middle schools during their seasons and also travel to play at our opponents schools (Brentwood, Oakley, and Knightsen schools).

We offer the following sports at EMS:

Quarter 1 (August - September): Girls Softball, Boys/Girls Wrestling, Boys Volleyball

Quarter 2 (October - December): Girls Basketball, Cross Country

Quarter 3 (December - February): Boys Basketball, Cheerleading

Quarter 4 (March - May) : Girls Volleyball, Boys & Girls Soccer, Track & Field
